Since translation services involve time, expertise, and effort once work has begun, refunds may not always be possible after a project has started. However, we aim to treat every client fairly and professionally.
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
The project has not yet started.
The client cancels the request shortly after payment and before translation work begins.
There is a significant issue with the delivered translation that cannot be resolved through revision.
If you are not satisfied with a translation, we encourage you to contact us first. We will review your concerns and may offer free revisions to correct any issues and ensure the translation meets the agreed requirements.
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
The translation project has already been completed and delivered.
The request for refund is based on personal preference rather than objective translation errors.
The client provided incorrect or incomplete instructions for the translation.
In some cases, if a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already performed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
